What might be a little known fact is the availability of safes and where to get them. Local businesspersons and homeowners alike utilize these products for exactly what their name implies, to safely and securely protect their various stock or products, valuables and monies on hand.

While there are many resources available to attain these products sometimes the best ideas come from times when you'd least expect it.

Denver businesswoman Lynette Davison is one such person who went looking for a safe for her new jewelry shop that she co-owns with her husband Ben. After making multiple inquiries and visits to the many suppliers who specialize in safes she was constantly left feeling unsure not about the product, but the services to follow. When the conversation she was having during a lunch meeting with one of her gem suppliers turned to her need for a safe, he mentioned that he recently had a new one installed at his home office by a locksmith.

"I never would have thought to use a locksmith here in Denver for something such as safes. When you think about a locksmith it's always broken keys, someone who is locked out of their car or house and things like that."

After her lunch meeting she decided to do a little research on the internet and came up with a list of Denver locksmiths who specialize in safe sales and installations.

"I'll tell you what", Lynette said, "That list became short after my first phone call."

The very first commercial locksmith she spoke with made an appointment to come and see her and go over her security needs and outlined a plan that not only included the sale and installation, but follow up service and advice should any repair become necessary. One of the things that impressed Mrs. Davison the most was the fact that the locksmith took the time, after their initial meeting about safes, to assess the store and make recommendations that can improve the security for the store and the staff as well.

Impressed she met with the locksmith again and after reviewing a number of makes and models of safes decided on the one that would fit the stores needs and, as she said, "my locksmith made me feel completely comfortable and secure with this decision."

"Look, we live in a world now where convenience and expedience is important. Everyone is busy, at least I know I am, and to be able to have multiple services provided by one company as opposed to several, well how can you compete with that?"

Mrs. Davison and her husband have also employed the locksmith to add high security locks to their establishment in place of the ones that were there when they opened the store and are currently installing other security measures to ensure the safety of their business, employees and their inventory.

"Honestly, we couldn't be happier", Lynette mused. "That lunch meeting was one of the best things that has ever happened to us and our business."
